These Terms govern all engagements with Aurevo Homes Ltd. By booking a consultation or signing a project contract, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Services

We provide interior design, space planning, project management, and related consultancy. The scope for each project is defined in a signed Letter of Agreement before any work begins.

2. Contracts & Bookings

All projects require a signed agreement and receipt of the deposit before commencement. Verbal commitments are not binding.

3. Fees & Payment

• A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm your project start date.
• 40% is due at a defined midpoint milestone; 30% on completion.
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Outstanding invoices beyond 30 days may result in paused project activity.

4. Revisions

Each plan includes a defined revision allowance. Additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate, confirmed in writing before commencement.

5. Intellectual Property

All design work remains our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point a non-exclusive licence transfers to you for the purposes of your project.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. Work completed to the date of cancellation will be invoiced at the agreed rate.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
